If every other company is doing this (left side: list of active orders; right side: order detail) it must be the best solution right? Maybe not...
The real users of the app are the CASHIERS and OPERATORS of the kitchen, and they have a completely different mindset than the restaurant’s owners and Rappi Ops team.
Discovery process through field research and observation.
#1: There are clearly three user-roles for every delivery order. Cashiers, Packers and Dispatchers.
#2: For most part of the process, nobody is even looking at the app.

Branding helps a company establish its identify. A brand is not just the company’s logo and it involves much more than the name or design. It is the whole personality of the organization. That’s why it is important for the company to choose and promote a brand that represents its business methods and core values.
Designing a successful customer experience is essential in today’s market. In this stage, we provide a clear overview of the page structure, layout, information architecture, user flow, functionality, and intended behaviors. This is the skeleton of your product: the structure. I'm a user experience designer focused on creating high-performing products that are well designed and easy to use.
UI design is all about how the product's interfaces look. In this stage, the look and feel and styleguide of the product is defined: colors, buttons, fonts and general appearance. This stage is essential so that the entire product interface is attractive and the fundamental elements have a visual hierarchy to guide the user in their navigation. Making your product beautiful is the core of our process.
Prototyping is a simulation or sample version of the final product, which is used for testing prior to launch. The goal of a prototype is to test products before investing time and money into development. It is much cheaper to change a product early in the design process than to make changes after you develop the product. Prototyping allows you to gather feedback from users while you are still planning and designing your product.
